Authorized use

This workspace is for authorized Royalty Tax Service staff and administrators. You must use the email account associated with your invitation and keep your sign-in information private.

Access may be changed, suspended, or removed by an administrator when needed for office operations or security.

Workplace communications

Messages, support requests, meeting details, and files shared through this workspace are work records. Employees should communicate professionally and use the tools only for office-related purposes.

Employees cannot delete personal or team messages. Administrators may remove messages when necessary to manage the workspace.

Sensitive client information

Do not post Social Security numbers, taxpayer documents, financial account details, passwords, or other sensitive client information in the workspace. Use TaxWise and approved office processes for taxpayer records.

Third-party services

The workspace may link to TaxWise, Gmail, Google, Zoom, and other third-party services. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability

Royalty Tax Service may update, maintain, or temporarily limit the workspace. Features and connected services may change as business needs change.
